We have the Laws of the Game, as well as Rules of League & FA and then we have some polite requests to make sure that we make the season one to remember (for all the right reasons).

  • We want to be as plastic-free as possible. We have hygienic water bottles to drink from & taking 5 mins to wash up cutlery rather than use disposable is our aim.

  • We will endeavour to make post-match meals as healthy as possible and minimising the impact on the environment through selective shopping.

UPDATE  100% reduction of single-use plastic, used Organic ingredients and introduced Vegan meals

  • Help clear up and leave the clubhouse in a state that makes life easier for everyone.

UPDATE  Environmentally-friendly kit-cleaning regimes now the norm.

  • There is a defibrillator in the kitchen should you need it. There is a First Aid Kit in the Kit Bag.

  • If you can find a teammate that you like and lives close by, ride share if possible.

UPDATE  Individual car journeys reduced, both home & away.

  • There is only 1 Wally of the Week in a team. Rather than get frustrated at teammates, take it out on the WotW - they probably deserve it.

  • We will publish all necessary insurance documents for the club and players alike.

  • If you get booked, sent off or fined... don't make me ask you for the money... pay it asap.

UPDATE  £345 contributed towards running of club from Signing on Fees, sponsored kit, increased

      post-match revenues.

      No club or player fines.

A message from The Gaffer

"Football for many is something that we have known since childhood. Some still think they are as fit as they were in their 20's. A few use it as en excuse not to go shopping. Others enjoy the camaraderie of the changing room. It has even been known for wives, girlfriends, parents and children to turn up!

Whatever your reason for playing, football has a big impact on both physical and emotional health. Let us look forward to Saturdays (whatever the result) by supporting each other. If life is getting tough, football should not add to the trouble or make you suffer in silence. Feel free to see The Gaffer if you need to share, or visit the
FA Website for more details."
